Just call me the soccer master

As some of you know, I am currently enrolled in a few fantasy football(soccer) leagues.

Being a canucklehead, I know squat about English footie. Or so I thought. The leagues I belong to are filled with English football fanatics. People who actually care about the game, people who pay £30/month for Sky Sports. People who have watched and played soccer their whole lives.

Now, I am not winning these leagues of course, but I am not at the bottom either. Last week I got more points than anyone. I am on my way to soccer dominance.

Here is my team:

The points for last week add up to 54, but I only received 50 because I made a couple trades that cost me. But those trades paid off with the new addition of Agbenlahor.

I got 50 points last week, but if I would've had my other bolton subs on, I would've received another 14 points (D'oh!). Unfortunately the two guys I REALLY want to beat are ahead of me, but I've just made one last trade, I dumped Gerrard and picked up Ronaldo so I think I now have the team that will take over. I'm coming for you Glennie and Boot!

In my other league that just started this week, I launched ahead of Matt Westbrook as well. My ultimate goal is to take out both the Mancunia and Yorkshire posses. CANUCK POWER!
